Balancing her racing aspirations with her job as a waitress and her role as a social media influencer, she faces the difficult task of funding her racing career. "I’ve done many different jobs, but it’s still not enough to fully fund my racing" she explained candidly.

Elli actively seeks sponsorship to support her endeavors in racing. "Attracting sponsors is essential for my growth as a racer" she said. Utilizing her social media presence, she connects with potential sponsors, showcasing her commitment to the sport and her journey. “My work as an influencer provides me with a platform to engage with brands that can support my racing career” she added. “It’s a two-way street; they gain visibility, and I gain the necessary resources to pursue my dreams.”

Elli places great importance on both mental and physical preparation for racing. "I go to the gym every day, focusing on strength and endurance training, alongside cycling" she shared. However, she also acknowledges that financial limitations restrict her ability to train on the track as frequently as she would like. "I wish I could train more on the track, but I have to make the most of what I can do" she noted.

Her mental preparation is equally important. “Racing requires focus and a clear mindset” she explained. “I practice visualization techniques to prepare myself for the races. I imagine the track, the turns, and my competitors.” This holistic approach to preparation reflects her commitment to excellence.

When asked about her inspirations, Elli looks to legends like Valentino Rossi, who has profoundly influenced her journey. "He is my idol" she said with admiration. His influence is instrumental for racers not only in Italy, but in the global community of motorcycle racing, where Elli plans to venture next year by competing in both Italian and European championships.
