In the world of motorcycle racing, the Royal Enfield Build. Train. Race. (BTR) program stands out as a transformative initiative, empowering women to delve into the intricacies of motorcycle racing. With the mentorship of MotoGP legend Freddie Spencer, BTR offers a comprehensive journey from building race-ready motorcycles to competing on national tracks.
Launched in 2020, BTR is more than just a racing series; it’s a transformative journey for women passionate about motorcycles. Participants begin by customising a Royal Enfield 650 Twin - INT650 for flat track or Continental GT 650 for road racing - into a race-ready machine. This hands-on experience is complemented by professional training sessions, culminating in participation in national racing events.
The program’s structure not only hones technical skills but also fosters a supportive community, encouraging collaboration and shared growth among participants.

Freddie Spencer: The Legend Behind the Mentorship
Freddie “Fast Freddie” Spencer, a three-time Grand Prix world champion, brings his extensive experience to the BTR program as a mentor and riding coach for the road racing segment. His illustrious career includes two 500cc titles and a 250cc championship, making him one of the most accomplished riders in MotoGP history.
Spencer’s involvement provides participants with unparalleled insights into racing techniques and strategies. His guidance is instrumental in preparing the riders for the challenges of competitive racing, emphasizing the importance of technique, talent, and passion.
